Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various roles, including software development, engineering, IT, and related fields.
The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of technical job roles, and the ability to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as developers, engineers, and IT professionals
- Experience with sourcing techniques, including job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to screen technical resumes and assess candidate suitability
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
Education + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions
- Experience working with hiring managers in fast-paced environments is preferred
