Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align human resources initiatives with business objectives. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to drive workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organisational design, employee relations, policy implementation, and change management. This role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels of the organisation.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership to drive business-focused HR strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience in performance management, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • High level of organisational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a business partner or strategic HR role
  • Experience supporting mid-to-large teams in a corporate environment
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
