Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development initiatives.

The Senior HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing end-to-end HR functions
