Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organisational hiring needs.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will also support employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices
  • Ability to source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong screening and interviewing abilities
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in full-cycle hiring and stakeholder coordination
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)
