Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Development Manager to lead and oversee software development projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality technical standards aligned with business objectives.

The Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating development activities, mentoring team members, reviewing code quality, and implementing best practices in software architecture and project management. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and development frameworks
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of system architecture and scalable application design

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven experience managing development teams and delivering complex projects
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments preferred
