Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth workforce management. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, performance coordination, and maintaining employee records.
The HR Executive will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive workplace environment. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational ability, and a solid understanding of HR practices and compliance standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role or similar position
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, or employee relations preferred
- HR certification (optional but advantageous)
